  • I didn’t receive my whole order, what can I do?

  • Do you offer any discounts? For repeat customers?
    We already offer the lowest, most competitive prices for our customers.
  • When will I receive my order?
    We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates. There is a two to three business day handling time on all orders and a 3 to 5 business days delivery time. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will ship out on Wednesday or Thursday at the very latest. If you place an order on Thursday, it will ship out on Monday or Tuesday at the very latest. Note, during the holidays there may be an extra handling time day.
  • Can you send me a catalog?
    We don’t have any physical catalogues. Feel free to check out wide selection of products directly on the site
  • Which shipping carriers do you use?
    Depending on the size and weight of your order, we use Amazon Shipping, USPS, FedEx, or UPS
  • Do you offer a rewards points program?
    At the moment we do not.
  • Can I place an order over the phone?
    We only accept orders placed through the website.
  • Where do you ship from?
    We ship your order from our warehouse in Brooklyn, New York

  • Why is my coupon code not working?
    Coupon codes are single-use, available to use only for registered customers, unless specified otherwise.

  • I can't place my order, is there an issue with the site?
    If you are having issues placing your order, please clear your browser cache. If that doesn't help, please contact us.
  • Why did my beverages and/or snacks not come in their retail packaging?
    In order to reduce waste and provide free shipping, we usually do not ship any beverages and/or snacks in their original packaging.
